摘    要:在试验基础上,分析了影响汽油机整机摩擦损失的因素。影响摩擦损失最主要的因素是缸孔形貌、活塞及环的结构。改进缸孔珩磨质量,可降低摩擦损失8%左右;改进活塞及环结构,可降低摩擦损失5%左右

Abstract:On the base of experiments, factors of effect on the gasoline engine friction loss are analysed. The major friction losses are bore pattern, piston and ring. Improvement of bore hones reduced all friction losses by about 8%. Improvement of piston and ring reduced all friction losses by about 5%.
