摘    要:本文根据实测的涡流室柴油机主、副室示功图,建立严谨、科学的等效热力系统和完整的理论模型,计算了各自的放热规律。通过分析,认为对涡流室柴油机燃烧系统进行优化匹配,可改善放热规律,从而提高经济性。应用正交实验这一科学方法,得到了多种工况的燃烧系统最佳匹配方案,并提出一个新的经济性评定方法。通过进一步研究,确定了适应全负荷和部分负荷的优化方案,显著地提高了涡流室柴油机不同负荷的经济性。

Abstract:According to their indicated pressure diagrams measured, this paper calculates respective heat release rates of both the main and auxiliary combustion chambers of swirl chamber engine by establishing a rigorous equivalent thermodynamic system and complete theoretical model. By analysis, optimum matching of combustion system of swirl chamber engine is believed to be capable of improving heat release rate and fuel economy. Several best matchings of combustion system under several operating conditions are obtained by use of orthogonal experiment. Besides, a new method is proposed to evaluate fuel economy. Further, an optimum scheme is suggested, which can greatly improve fuel economy in the case of different loads.
