| 摘 要： | 目前安徽省已经全面贯彻建设工程工程量清单计价,今后的招标投标主要体现在工程量清单计价模式下投标报价的竞争,它具有统一发布工程量、统一招标条件和计价依据、施工企业根据企业定额自主报价,最终合理低价、择优中标等特点。文章就此问题进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Priced bill of quantities have been carried out throughout Anhui Province, hereby the competition in project bid will become the competition in quoted price. Priced bill of quantities featured by uniform quantities, uniform tender condition and bid basis, allows engineering enterprise to quote aecerding to its own norms; thus the reasonable low bid will finally win the bid. The article discusses how to control risk for the contractor engineering enterprise under priced bill of quantities. |
