摘    要:VXI总线某导弹电子舱自动测试系统是检验电子舱十个分板和整舱综合性能的测试设备,按功能分为电子舱的十个分板组件测试和整舱测试,按测试环境分为常温、低温、高温和复测,它的稳定性及测量准确度直接关系着电子舱的技术指标。系统主要由工控机、33220A任意波形发生器、QTY-02专业线性电源、电子舱信息处理单元、VXI模块单元等硬件组成。系统在测试程序的控制下,实现对电子舱的自动检测和手动测试。通过对产品的实测表明,该测试系统性能稳定,测量结果准确可靠。

Abstract:Automatic test system of missile electronic cabin based on VXl bus is an integrated measurement equipment for checking ten separate boards and the entire cabin of electronic cabin. According to the function, it divides into checking of ten separate boards and the entire cabin, according to the testing environment, it divides into the normal temperature, low temperature, high temperature and re- testing, its stability and accuracy is directly related to the specifica- tion of electronic cabin. System hardware consists of industrial control computer, arbitrarily wave form generator of 33220A, QTY-02 special field linearity power source, electronic cabin information pro- cessing element and the VXl module element. The automatic test and the manual test are realized under the control of dedicated tes- ting program. This test system is testified stable and accurate by tes- ting missile electronic cabin.
