| 摘 要： | 随着IP网络规模的飞速发展，当前的SNMP网络管理逐步暴露出其基于M／A模型的局限性，而Mobile Agent模型在分布式计算方面的优点正好可以弥补这一不足，文章先分析了原有的基于M／A模型的网络拓扑发现和流量统计实现上的不足之处，然后提出了新的基于Mobile Agent的解决方案，并对其在性能上的改善加以详细论述。

| Abstract: | With the expansion of IP network, SNMP network management application based on manager/agent (M/A) model has exposed its limitation. Mobile agent, as an emerging technology, which contributes a lot to the distributed computing, can fully better this situation. This paper firstly gives some disadvantages on implementation of network topology discovery and traffic statistics based on M/A model, then a solution based on mobile agent is presented, and the improvement on aspect of performance is also discussed in detail. |
