节段箱梁长线法预制在轨道交通工程中的应用

摘    要:节段箱梁拼装工艺运用于很多的桥梁工程中,如轨道交通、跨海大桥、地面高架桥等,其中节段箱梁预制是节段拼装的前提。以印度新德里轨道交通二期轻轨工程BC-7、BC-34和BC-26标实践为参考,对长线法预制节段箱梁施工工艺从预制台座形式,内模,预制施工中墩顶块预制、外模安装、内模安装、混凝土浇筑、拆模、节段养护等关键技术作了全面介绍。

Abstract:Segmental box girder assembling technique has been used widely in many projects such as rail traffic, cross sea bridge and ground viaduct, etc. And segmental box girder prefabrication is the precondition of its assembling. Taking the BC-7, BC-34 and BC-26 Bids of Rail Traffic (II Phrase) in New Delhi, India for example, the key points of long-line-method technique are put forward totally including prefabricated platform type, internal formwork, pier top precasting, external & internal formworks installations, concrete casting, formwork removing and segment maintainence, etc.
