摘    要:结合实际工程,分析了不同位置、不同荷载情况下桩顶反力、桩间土压力、桩与土分担荷载的比例以及浅圆仓在建设过程中和加载过程中沉降大小和变化规律。结果表明,浅圆仓在主体竣工和试装粮完成后地基土平均土压力只占地基土承载力特征值的68.81%,没有充分利用天然地基的承载力;由桩顶应变计实测结果可知,浅圆仓在装粮荷载装粮完成后,桩基内部桩承载力不到设计值的60%,桩基内部桩需优化设计。同时,随着加载荷载的增加,桩间土分担荷载的比例逐渐减少,装粮完成时土承担上部荷载的20%。实测沉降结果表明,沉降较小且较为均匀,仓体结构安全稳定。分析结果可为浅圆仓的基础设计优化、施工及使用提供参考。

Abstract:Combined with practical engineering,the pile top reaction,soil pressure between piles,the proportion of load shared by piles and soil,and the settlement and variation law of shallow silo during construction and loading under different positions and loads were analyzed.The results show that the average soil pressure of foundation soil only accounts for 68.81% of the characteristic value of the bearing capacity of foundation soil after the completion of the main body of the silo and the completion of the trial grain.The bearing capacity of natural foundation is not fully utilized.The results of the pile top strain meter show that the bearing capacity of the inner pile of the pile foundation is less than 60% of the designed value after the grain loading of the shallow round silo is completed,and the internal pile of the pile foundation needs to be optimized.At the same time,the proportion of load sharing between piles decreases graduallyas with the load increases.When grain loading is finished,the soil bears 20% of the upper load.The measured settlement results show that the settlement is smaller and more uniform,and the silo structure is safe and stable,which provides a reference for the foundation design optimization,construction and use of the squat silo.
