矿浆浓度测量仪的设计与应用

摘    要:一种称重式的自动浓度测量装置,通过一次取样、二次取样、实时称重和重量转换,实现浓度在线显示。该设计主要是通过取样装置以及电子秤数据读取和显示,通过远程数据传输和软件编程实现在线浓度显示,相关人员可以通过人机界面了解当前矿浆的浓度,也可以通过DCS系统参与到自动化专家系统,实现自动功能,满足工艺操作要求,指导生产,提高经济技术指标。

Abstract:This design and application involves a weighing type automatic concentration measuring device that realizes online concentration display by one sampling,secondary sampling,real-time weighing and weight conversion. This design mainly through sampling device,as well as the electronic scale data reading and reality,through the remote data transmission and software programming to achieve online concentration display,the relevant personnel can understand the current mineral slurry concentration through the human-machine interface,also can through the DCS system to participate in the expert system automation,automatic function,meets the requirements of process operation,guides production,and improves economic and technical indicators.
