摘    要:以四水碳酸镝(Dy2(CO3)3·4H2O)为镝源,Dy2(CO3)3·4H2O在空气中热重-热差(TGDTA)分析为依据,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外-可见分光光度计(UVVis)分别表征了Dy2(CO3)3·4H2O在空气中热分解产物的物相、形貌和光学特性。研究结果表明,Dy2(CO3)3·4H2O在空气中的热分解过程主要分为两个阶段,第一阶段是在室温~285℃之间Dy2(CO3)3·4H2O失去结晶水变为Dy2(CO3)3,第二阶段是在285~700℃范围内Dy2(CO3)3经过受热分解生产了Dy2O3,在700℃下保温15min获得了Dy2O3纳米颗粒。Dy2O3纳米颗粒具有较强的光吸收能力。此外,在波长为300~400nm的范围内,Dy2O3纳米颗粒具有较宽的光吸收带。

Abstract:The thermal decomposition of Dy2(CO3)3·4H2O in the air is based on the its TG-DTA curve with Dy2(CO3) 3·4H2O as dysprosium source. The phases, the morphologies and the optical properties of the thermal decomposition products of Dy2(CO3)3·4H2O in the air are characterized with X-ray diffraction ( XRD), scanning electron microscopes(SEM ) and UV-Visible spectrophotometer( UV-Vis), respectively. The results show that there are two steps in the process of the thermal decomposition of Dy2(CO3)3·4H2O in the air. The first step is that large flaky Dy2(CO3)3·4H2O lose crystalliferous water and then changed into Dy2(CO3)3 in the range of the room temperature to 285℃. The second step is that Dy2(CO3)3 is heated to decompose into Dy2O3 in the range of 285 to 700℃. And Dy2O3 nanoparticles are obtained with Dy2(CO3)3 ·4H2O at 700℃ for 15min. Dy2O3 nanoparticles have the good ability of the optical property. In addition, Dy2O3 nanoparticles have the wide band of the optical absorption in the range of 300~ 400nm.
