摘    要:针对某铜选厂使用的单一石灰抑制剂在铜硫分离中效果并不理想的问题,采用新型环保抑制剂D82与D6958进行配合使用,取得了明显高于单一石灰抑制剂的选矿指标。试验结果表明新型环保抑制剂在乙硫氨酯(Z200)作为捕收剂的铜硫分离体系中,能够有效抑制黄铁矿的上浮,从而实现铜硫分离。和传统抑制剂石灰相比,铜精矿品位提升6%,回收率提升11%,可以在工业上替代石灰进行推广应用。

Abstract:In view of the fact that a single lime inhibitor used in a copper refinery is not ideal for copper sulfur separation,this paper uses a new type of environmental protection inhibitor D82 and D6958 to use together,and obtains a significantly higher ore dressing index than a single lime inhibitor. The experimental results show that the new environmental inhibitors can effectively inhibit the flotation of pyrite in the copper sulfur separation system of ethyl thiamine( Z200) as a collector,thus realizing copper sulfur separation. Compared with traditional inhibitor lime, copper concentrate grade increased by 6 percentage points,recovery rate increased by 11 percentage points,can replace lime in the industry for promotion and application.
