金属杂质含量对钽粉电性能影响的研究

摘    要:从金属杂质含量方面分析了其对钽粉电性能的影响,重点分析了钽粉在不同磁选条件下金属杂质含量的变化,以及在不同烧结温度、不同赋能电压条件下对电性能的影响,从而可以通过降低钽粉中金属杂质含量来改善钽粉的电性能。

Abstract:The influence of metal impurities content on the electrical properties of tantalum powder is analyzed.The impact of changes in the metal impurities content of tantalum powder under different magnetic separation conditions,the influence of different sintering temperature and different formation voltage on the electrical properties are analyzed,which can improve the electrical properties of tantalum powder by decreasing metal impurities content in tantalum powder.
