| 摘 要： | 发泡水泥是以水泥为主要胶凝材料,通过化学发泡工艺制成的一类轻质多孔材料。本文系统分析了原材料组成(水灰比、减水剂、粉煤灰和发泡剂含量)与发泡水泥物理力学性能的相关性。综合考虑发泡稳定性、抗压强度和气孔尺寸,提出了密度为250 kg/m^3发泡水泥的适宜配合比。

| Abstract: | Foamed cement is a kind of light porous material which is made of cement as the main cementitious material by chemical foaming process.The correlation between the composition of raw materials(W/C,water reducing agent,fly ash and foaming agent content)and the physical and mechanical properties of foamed cement are systematically analyzed.Considering the foaming stability,compressive strength and pore size,the suitable mix ratio of foamed cement with density of 250 kg/m^3 is put forward. |
