玻璃轻石混凝土热工性能试验研究

摘    要:选用具有隐蜂窝多孔结构的玻璃轻石材料作为粗、细骨料取代普通混凝土中的砂和石制作自保温砌块,测试了砌块密度、导热系数等性能,并根据试验结果分析了水灰比、水泥用量、细骨料取代率对砌块力学性能、玻璃轻石粗骨料取代率对热工性能的影响。试验分析得到砌块的最佳配合比:水灰比0.42、水泥用量350 kg/m^3、玻璃轻石细骨料取代率100%、玻璃轻石粗骨料取代率100%。所制备的自保温砌块干密度为1 596 kg/m^3,导热系数为0.417 W/(m·K)。

Abstract:The glass pumice material with the hidden honeycomb porous structure is used as the fine and coarse aggregate to replace the sand and stone in the ordinary concrete to make the hidden honeycomb self-insulating block.Its density,thermal conductivity and compressive strength were tested.According to the test results,the effects of water-cement ratio,glass pumice coarse aggregate replacement rate,cement dosage and fine aggregate replacement rate on mechanical properties and thermal properties of the block were analyzed.The optimum mix ratio of the block is 0.42,the cement dosage is 350 kg/m^3,the replacement rate of glass pumice fine aggregate is 100%,and the replacement ratio of glass pumice coarse aggregate is 100%.The prepared self-insulating block has a dry density of 1596 kg/m^3 and a thermal conductivity of 0.417 W/(m·K).
