横孔连锁混凝土砌块墙体热工性能研究

摘    要:设计三种横孔连锁混凝土砌块,研究了连锁自保温混凝土砌块墙体的热工性能。利用ABAQUS有限元软件对内部填充保温材料和内部未填充保温材料的连锁混凝土砌块墙体进行了热工性能的数值模拟,并计算得出墙体的传热系数,得到有利于实际生产和工程应用的砌块形式。结果表明,墙体各项热工性能指标良好,H形砌块墙体的传热系数较田字形砌块墙体大幅度下降。增大孔洞率、减小孔间距和填充保温材料等有利于提高砌块的保温隔热能力。

Abstract:Three cross-hole interlocking concrete blocks were designed to study the thermal performance of interlocking self-insulating concrete block walls.The ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate the thermal performance of the interlocking concrete block wall filled with thermal insulation material and internal unfilled thermal insulation material,and the heat transfer coefficient of the wall was calculated.The actual production and engineering application were obtained.The results show that the thermal performance indexes of the wall are good,and the heat transfer coefficient of the H-shaped block wall is much lower than that of the Tian-shaped block wall.Increasing the hole rate,reducing the hole spacing and filling the insulation material are beneficial to improve the thermal insulation capacity of the block.
