玻璃纤维增强硫铝酸盐水泥拉压本构方程研究

摘    要:以耐碱玻璃纤维作为增强材料,以快硬硫铝酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,制备了不同玻璃纤维掺量的玻璃纤维增强水泥(GRC)。通过单轴拉伸试验、单轴压缩试验研究了玻璃纤维掺量对拉压应力-应变曲线的影响,建立了GRC的拉压本构方程。GRC在拉、压状态下具有不同的本构方程形式,且弹性阶段拉压的弹性模量不同。拉伸时,弹性变形阶段的弹性模量E1几乎不受纤维掺量的影响。玻璃纤维掺量大于2%的GRC本构方程特征参数E2(塑性变形阶段单位应变变化的应力变化)、σ0随玻璃纤维掺量增加而增大。压缩时,压缩弹性模量E′随着玻璃纤维的含量增加先增加后减小,3%玻璃纤维时弹性模量E′达到最大值。

Abstract:Glass fiber(GR) reinforced cement(GRC) with different GR contents were prepared. The alkali-resistant GR was used as reinforcement, and the rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement was applied as binding materials. By the investigation of strain-stress curves induced by GR contents under tensile and compression circumstances, the constitutive equation(CE) of GRC was built. The results show that the formats of these CEs are different, and the elastic modulus E1 in elastic deformation stage of the elastic phase is also different. During the tensile tests, E1 of GRC is rarely affected by the GR contents. When the GR contents is higher than 2%, the constitutive parameter E2 and σ0 enhance with the increasing amounts of GR. During the compression tests, the elastic modulus E′ is increased first and then decreased with the growing addition of GR, and reached the maximum value at 3% GR incorporation.
