摘    要:刚果(金)难选氧化铜钴矿含Cu4.09%、Co0.86%,矿石中的铜钴矿物赋存状态复杂,易浮脉石含量大,同时有部分铜钴矿物以机械混入形式和类质同像吸附形式进入褐铁矿中。针对其矿石特性,研究确定了预先脱除云母浮选—氧化铜钴硫化浮选—高梯度磁选选矿工艺流程,推荐工艺全流程闭路试验获得了铜钴精矿含Cu16.75%、Co3.45%,总精矿中Cu回收率为91.05%、Co回收率为88.61%的选矿指标。

Abstract:Democratic Republic of the Congo ( gold) refractory copper-cobalt oxide ore contains 4.09% Cu and 0. 86% Co. The copper-cobalt mineral in the ore is complex and easy to gangue content. At the same time, some copper and cobalt minerals enter into limonite in the form of mechanical mixing and isomorphism adsorption. In view of the ore characteristics, the pre-removal of mica flotation, copper-cobalt oxide sulfidation flotation-high gradient magnetic separation process was studied and determined. The copper-cobalt concentrate contained 16. 75% of Cu and 3. 45% of Co in the closed-circuit test of the recommended process. The recovery rate of Cu and Co in total concentrate is 91. 05% and 88. 61% respectively.
