摘    要:简要分析了福建南平钽铌精矿在用氢氟酸-硫酸工艺分解时发生冒槽的原因,提出矿石投料前采用低温焙烧方法除去矿石中可燃的硫、磷、碳等挥发性杂质的新工艺方案并进行了数次工艺试验,试验结果表明分解反应可控,实施效果良好,保证矿石原料能够正常使用,满足批量生产的要求,消除了冒槽事故发生,最后分解渣中残留Ta_2O_5、Nb_2O_5均小于0. 5%。

Abstract:In this paper,we briefly analyzed the causes of overswelling during the digestion of tantalum-niobium concentrate sourcing from Nanping Mine,Fujian province by hydrofluoric acid-sulfuric acid process,and then proposed the new process method of low-temperature roasting before ore feeding to remove such volatile impurities in the ore as flammable sulfur,phosphorus and carbon,and tests were made many times for process improvment. The test results show that the digestion reaction is controllable with good effect,mineral can be used normally to meet the requirement of batch production,and the occurrence of overswelling accident is eliminated. At last,the residue of Ta2O5 and Nb2O5 in the digestion slag are both less than 0. 5%.
