超临界机组APC方式下主蒸汽温度控制策略的优化

摘    要:某厂600 MW超临界机组在APC先进控制系统调试期间,由于初始APC结构设计的局限,加上直流炉汽温调节存在延迟和惯性较大等特点,因而主蒸汽温度控制波动较大。基于此,对原DCS侧给水流量、一二级减温水自动控制策略进行优化,投运后表明,主蒸汽温度能够稳定控制在设定值范围内,间接对APC控制器的稳定运行提供了良好工况。

Abstract:During the commissioning of the APC advanced control system for a 600MW supercritical unit,the main steam temperature control fluctuated greatly due to the limitations of the initial APC structural design and the delay and inertia of the once-through boiler steam temperature adjustment.Based on this,the original DCS side feed water flow rate and the first and second desuperheating water automatic control strategies were optimized.After commissioning,the main steam temperature can be stably controlled within the set value range,which indirectly provides a good operation for the stable operation of the APC controller.
