随钻测井技术在我国石油勘探开发中的应用

摘    要:随钻测井技术是完成大角度井、水平井钻井设计、实时井场数据采集,解释和现场决策以及指导并完成地质导向钻井的关键技术,随钻测井技术是录测井技术、钻井技术、油藏描述等多学科的综合性技术,实现了在钻井的同时对钻井作业的综合评价和测井作业,简化了钻井作业程序,节省了钻时间,降低了成本,提高了钻井作业精度,能料时检测到地层变化以便及时对钻井设计做必要的调整,使钻头最大化地在油气藏中最有价值的地带钻井,提高了油田的采收率,对于高效开发复杂油气藏具有重要意义,现已成为油田开发获得最大效益的至关重要手段,对于提高我国专业公司的竞争能力,争夺国际市场和随钻测井作业在我国的兴起与发展具有重要意义,结合多年生产科研实践总结了中油测井公司对引进随钻测井技术在应用方面的进展情况,突出随钻测井技术与电缆测井对比数据获得和解释的实时性以及对于实现地质导向所具有的重要意义。

Abstract:Measurement/Logging While Drilling technology is an essential role that can help perform high angle/horizontal well drilling planning, real-time wellsite and downhole data acquisition, logging explanation,wellsite realtime decision-making, geosteering drilling and reservoir modeling, etc. M/LWD is a high-tech which integrates mud logging, wireline logging, directional drilling and reservoir modeling. Using this high-tech in China oilfield development can improve drilling efficiency and safety, save rig time and drilling cost, improve drilling precision. Because it can investigates formation changes in real-time manner,engineers can adjust drilling plan and maximize pay zone exposure, improve oil recovery, and M/LWD becomes an efficient method to develop complex geological reservoir,and improve its ecnomical potential. Now it is an excellent opportunity for CNPC to develop M/LWD technology which can strengthen our logging service companies competition and share more international oilfield service markets. This article summarizes author's 4 years M/LWD logging experience. Comparing with wireline logging, M/LWD real-time downhole logging and explanation are more practical.
