| 摘 要： | 负前角锥形前刀面硬齿面插齿刀的切削刃在端面中的投影已不是渐开线，存在构形误差。本文建立了负前角锥形前刀面硬齿面插齿刀的切削刃在端面上的投影方程，分析了插齿刀的构形误差和切削刃上各点误差的分布规律。

| Abstract: | The face cutting edge of negative rake conical face c ut ter for cutting hardened face gear has not been involute. It has error. The face equation of cutting edge of negative rake conical face cutter for cutting harde ned face gear is developed and, the distributions of cutter's profiling errors a nd each point errors of cutting edge are analyzed. |
