电镀镍-磷合金的研究进展

摘    要:对电沉积镍-磷合金的工艺与性能进行了综述,包括镀液成分、镀覆条件、阳极组成等工艺条件的研究现状,并介绍了合金镀层的物相结构、非晶态与晶态之间的转化和不同成分的镀层的硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性及影响这些性质的因素。

Abstract:Current status of research on preparation technologies including technological conditions such as bath components,plating conditions,anode composition etc,and properties of electrodeposited nickel-phosphorus alloy was summarized.Structure,transformation between amorphous and crystalline states of the alloy deposits,and hardness,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the alloy coating were introduced.And factors affecting these properties were expounded as well.
