TiO2-ZrO2复合薄膜的制备和摩擦学性能

摘    要:以ZrOCl2@8H2O和TiCl4为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了高取向的TiO2-ZrO2复合薄膜,研究了复合薄膜的组成结构、表面形貌和摩擦学性能结果表明,该复合薄膜均匀致密、具有四方ZrO2结构;复合薄膜具有良好的减摩抗磨性能.在0.5 N低负荷下,复合薄膜与AISI 52100钢和Si3N4对磨时的摩擦系数为0.14~0.20,耐磨寿命大于5000次.TiO2-ZrO2复合薄膜可用作特殊工况条件下的减摩抗磨保护性涂层.

Abstract:High oriented TiO2-ZrO2 thin films were prepared with sol-gel process followed by dip-coating the ethanol solution of zirconium oxychloride and titanium tetrachloride. The microstruc-ture, morphology and tribological properties of TiO2-ZrO2 thin films were investigated using AFM, XPS, XRD and dynamic-static tribometer. The results show that the TiO2 -ZrO2 films are dense, homogeneous and in a complete tetragonal phase; which display an excellent antiwear and friction reduction performance. Under 0.5 N applied load, the friction coefficient is only 0.14~0.20 and the an-tiwear life is more than 5000 sliding cycles for the TiO2-ZrO2/AISI 52100 steel and TiO2-ZrO2/Si3N4 systems.
