| Abstract: | The two accidents that MS purification system was poll uted by water during the commissioning of model KDON Ar-2000Y/3000Y /7 0Y air separation plant producing liquids are described.The causes of accide nt s are analyzed that the water intrusion results from the sudden fluctuation of a ir flow capacity.Finally solutions and preventive measures are introduced. |
