| 摘 要： | 简要叙述了直拉硅中缺陷工程的研究进展．提出了采用中子辐照或掺杂技术，在硅中引入杂质缺陷，并通过其相互作用实现对硅中杂质和缺陷的控制与利用．此项研究是硅片缺陷工程的新内容．
