螺旋焊管焊接接头的强度和承载能力

摘    要:分析了影响螺旋焊管焊接接头强度和承载能力的因素,包括焊管断面圆度、焊接接头表面微裂纹、焊接接头热影响区软化、轴向外载荷等对螺旋焊管接头强度和承载能力的影响。通过分析,从工艺的角度总结了提高焊管强度和承载能力的措施。

Abstract:This article analyzed factors of effecting SSAW pipe welding joint and loading capacity, the factors including roundness of welded pipe fracture appearance, the surface tiny cracks of welding joint,heat affected zone intenerate of welding joint, and the axial outer loading and so on. Through analyzing results, it summarizes the effective measures on improving the strength of a welding joint and loading capacity in the technology side.
