抽油机曲柄销的破坏形式分析及弯矩计算

摘    要:分析了抽油机曲柄销的外载、破坏形式及承受弯矩的计算方法等问题。指出曲柄销承受的弯矩应按弹性基础上的梁计算;曲柄销的损坏一般具有先松动后疲劳破坏的特征;曲柄销的外载主要由连杆拉力和螺纹预紧力造成,设计节能型抽油机时应注意曲柄销上载荷的大小。

Abstract:The authors discuss the load applied on pumping unit crank pin, its failure pattern and the method for calculating the bending moment on it, point out that the bending moment on the pin should be calculated by taking it as a beam on elastic supports, the failure of the pin is generally caused by looseness and subsequent fatique fracture, the load on the pin is mainly applied by the pulling force of the pitman and the pretightening force of the threads, and therefore the load value on the crank pin should be taken into account in designing pumping units.
