摘    要:为了实现白酒生产过程的质量控制,设计了基于虚拟仪器的无线白酒电子鼻系统。该系统利用STM32作为下位机核心控制器,采用CC2430实现数据的无线通信。上位机采用虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW开发了一套集数据采集、存储和处理于一体的应用平台。经过实验验证,系统运行稳定可靠,采集的数据可供进一步分析。

Abstract:To improve the quality control efficiency of liquor production process,the wireless electronic nose for liquor is designed based on virtual instrument.The systerm consists of slave module and master module.The slave module uses the STM32 as the core controller,and uses CC2430 as the carrier of wireless data communication.The master module is an application platform based on LabVIEW,which can realize data acquisition,data storage,data processing,and so on.Experiments prove that the system operation is stable and reliable,and has good application prospect.
