蒽醌法生产过氧化氢的废水处理

摘    要:采用隔油—混凝气浮—催化氧化—活性碳吸附法处理蒽醌法生产过氧化氢废水。实验确定了各工序的工艺操作参数,经处理后可将废水COD由15 000 mg/L降至100 mg/L,含油量由32 g/L降至5 mg/L,悬浮物浓度由203 mg/L降至25 mg/L。排水达到废水综合排放标准的要求。

Abstract:The wastewater produced from the production of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process was treated by using the oil separation-coagulation and air floatation-catalytic oxidation-activated carbon adsorption method. The process operation parameters for each procedure were experimentally confirmed. After such treatment, the COD value of the wastewater decreases from 15 000 mg/L to less than 100 mg/L, the oil content decreases from 32 g/L to less than 5 mg/L, the suspended substance concentration decreases from 203 mg/L to less than 25 mg/L, and the drainage achieves the requirement of wastewater general draining standard.
