| 摘 要： | 本文结合莆田市公安局指挥中心大楼的建筑设计实例,从建筑与环境的关系入手,通过对总体布局设计、平面功能设计、流线组织设计、空间组织设计、外观造型设计以及节能降耗设计等方面分析,阐述了公安系统办公楼设计的一些特点。
