摘    要:针对新疆油田重32井区齐古组稠油油藏汽窜严重的现状,研制了高温三相泡沫调剖剂GPT-C。在分析封堵汽窜机理的基础上,对封窜性能进行了实验评价,实验结果表明,GPT-C对渗透率5.2μm2的岩心的封堵率高于85%,突破压力梯度大于6.5 MPa/m,且其封堵性能与所用固相颗粒粒径有关,当固相颗粒粒径为180~270目时,封堵率最大、突破压力梯度最高。在平面非均质并联管实验中,GPT-C能够高效封堵高渗层,高渗岩心的残余阻力系数为低渗岩心的20倍、突破压力为低渗岩心的12倍,因此,GPT-C适用于稠油热采井高温调剖。

Abstract:According to the condition of seriously steam channeling situation in Xinjiang oilfield 32 blocks of Qigu heavy oil reservoir, developed a high temperature of tri-phase foam profile control agent GPT-C. Based on the analysis of steam channeling plugging mechanism, conducted the experimental evaluation on sealing pertbnnance, the results show that the sealing efficiency was higher than 85 %, the breakthrough pressure gradient was greater than 6.5 MPa/m to the permeability of 5.2 μm2, and the sealing performance is related to the particle size of solid phase, when the particle size is 180-270 mesh, sealing efficiency and breakthrough pressure gradient both the largest. In the parallel sand pack, GPT-C could effectively block high permeable layer, residual resistance coefficient of high permeability core is 20 times of low permeability cores, and breakthrough pressure of high pen-neability core is 12 times of low permeability cores, therefore, GPT-C is suitable for heavy oil thermal recovery wells in high temperature profile.
