弹簧隔振器道床钢筋构造设计研究与应用

摘    要:深圳地铁一期轨道工程,从德国隔尔固公司引进浮置板道床技术,首次在单洞双线马蹄形隧道内采用连续现浇金属弹簧隔振器浮置板式道床,为适应国内规范对钢筋施工精度控制要求。需进行钢筋构造间距补充设计。工程实践证明,该设计有益于施工精度控制,具有广泛应用推广价值。

Abstract:The technique of steel spring floating slab track bed was introduced from GERB into the first-stage construction of Subway Shenzhen. And it is the first time for the technique to be applied in the construction of the one arch tunnel with two tracks. Supplementary constructional design for the in-between space of rebar should be made to meet the requirement of domestic standard for the accuracy of rebar construction.
