论套铣作业铣鞋铣削模型的建立及应用

摘    要:针对事故井套铣作业铣鞋铣削模型探究少、管柱扭矩钻压选择难的问题,通过参考铣床铣削加工模型建立了铣鞋铣削力学模型,进而计算出管柱套铣扭矩和套铣允许的最大钻压,收到了良好的效果。实践证明,其计算结果可以为打捞施工中合理的钻压参数选择提供理论参考,为井下安全施工提供技术保证,进一步提高打捞作业效率。

Abstract:Facing the problems like little research on milling shoes milling model for washover operation of accident wells and hard choice for string torque drilling pressure,the author has established mechanical model of milling shoes milling by consulting milling operation model of milling machine and further worked out string milling torque and maximum bit pressure washover may accepts.The result is good.Practice proves that the calculated results can guide in theory choosing proper parameters for bit pressure in fishing operation and provide technical assurance for downhole safety operation,further enhancing efficiency of fishing operation.
