摘    要:本文着重介绍了高线飞剪的工作过程和控制原理。飞剪的起动和制动电流、恒速剪切速度及工作周期是飞剪控制的关键参数,只有控制好上述参数,才能确保飞剪正常运行。此外,还简要地介绍了飞剪的常见故障及其处理方法。

Abstract:The working process and control principle of the flying shears of high speed wire rod mill are emphasized in this pa- per. The starting current, braking current, constant shearing speed and work cycle are the key parameters for flying shears control, the flying shears can be guaranteed in normal operation if the above-mentioned parameters were well controlled. And the common faults and their handling methods of flying shears are introduced in brief as well.
