Automatic Regulation of Hydrogen Ratio

The hydrogen ratio adjustment of synthetic ammonia is of a quite high difficulty. Starting with the control principle and regulatory mechanism of hydrogen ratio, its unique control scheme is elaborated in this paper based on the research and practice for gas preparation control since years; moreover, it combines with the optimum tests of gas making technology that enables some plant＇s technological index control easier everywhere, and finally the objectives of stable yield, high yield, energy saving and consumption reducing are achieved as well.
