摘    要:合成氨的氢比调节具有相当的难度。在对造气控制多年研究和实践的基础上,本文从氢比调节的控制原理和调节机理出发,阐述了其独特的控制方案,并将它与造气工艺优化测试相结合,使得某厂各处的工艺指标控制变得更加容易并最终达到了稳产高产和节能降耗的目的。

Abstract:The hydrogen ratio adjustment of synthetic ammonia is of a quite high difficulty. Starting with the control principle and regulatory mechanism of hydrogen ratio, its unique control scheme is elaborated in this paper based on the research and practice for gas preparation control since years; moreover, it combines with the optimum tests of gas making technology that enables some plant's technological index control easier everywhere, and finally the objectives of stable yield, high yield, energy saving and consumption reducing are achieved as well.
