纳米Fe2O3的制备及其电化学性能研究

摘    要:以FeCl3.6H2O为原料,通过先水解,后在空气中煅烧制备了粒径约100 nm的Fe2O3负极材料,并研究其电化学性能。此工艺简单,所得材料的放电比容量高,循环性能优异。在50 mAg-1电流密度下,首次放电比容量为1667.0 mAh g-1,第二次放电比容量为1161.0mAh g-(1占首次的70%),循环50次后,仍保持459.7 mAh g-1的放电比容量。

Abstract:Nano-sized Fe2O3 has been synthesized with FeCl3 as raw material and its electrochemical performance has been investigated. The particle size of nano Fe2O3 is about 100 nm, and as-prepared Fe2O3 has an excellent electrochemical performance for Lithium ion batteries. It delivers a high discharge capacity of 1667.0 mAh g^-1 in the first cycle, 1161.0 mAh g^-1 in the second cycle(70% of the initial discharge capacity), and can retain 459.7 mAh g^-1 after 50 cycles at a current density of 50 mA g^-1.
