路堑高边坡支护结构正交优化试验研究

摘    要:基于建个元(建水一个旧一元阳)高速公路路堑高边坡工程支护方案偏于保守的设计缺陷,开展了边坡抗滑桩+锚杆复合支护结构的正交优化试验研究,选取抗滑桩桩长、截面尺寸、桩中心距、锚杆长度四组支护参数为研究对象,设计了容量为L16(45)的正交表并对组合条件下计算得到的边坡稳定性系数进行了方差分析,以选取最优的桩长、截面尺寸、桩中心距及锚杆长度。结果表明:优化后的边坡稳定性系数由1.346减小为1.212,满足规范要求,优化后的支护方案有效节约了工程成本且缩短了施工工期,对该区域类似工程的设计、施工具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:With regard to the conservative retaining design for the high cutting slope of Jianshui-Gejiu-Yuanyang Expressway,the study on composite supporting structure of anti-slide pile and anchor based on orthogonal experiment is conducted.Four sets of parameters including anti-slide pile length,pile shaft dimension,pile spacing and anchor length are selected as the research objects and an orthogonal table with the capacity of L16(45)is designed.The variance analysis of slope safety factors are conducted under combined condition so as to get the optimal length of anti-slide pile,section dimension,spacing of the pile and anchor length.The results show that the optimized slope safety factor is reduced from 1.346 to 1.212,which is satisfied with the code requirement.The optimized support scheme saves engineering cost effectively and shortens the construction period as well.The study could be referred by the similar projects in the region during design and construction period.
