山区城市新型城镇化发展路径探讨--以景宁畲族自治县为例

由于受到区位、地理、资源环境等条件的限制，欠发达山区城镇化发展有别于沿海较发达地区。在新型城镇化发展背景下，探索符合自身实际的发展路径，成为山区城市经济社会发展亟待解决的重要任务。文本以浙江省景宁畲族自治县为例，从资源承载条件、民族特色发挥和优势资源利用等角度出发，探索山区城市新型城镇化发展模式和路径，并从六个方面提出景宁推进新型城镇化的具体途径：加强核心区域建设，推进下山移民安置工程，优化三次产业结构，完善公共服务设施，构建城乡交通网络和保护生态环境。

The Exploration Of New Urbanization In Jingning

Due to the limited conditions, underdeveloped mountainous coastal urbanization development is diferent from the other more developed regions. Within the background of new urbanization, mountainous cities have the desire to explore the development path of urbanization in line with their actual conditions. This issue takes Jingning county as an example, explores the new urbanization development patern and path in mountainous area, and talks about the possible solutions, such as strengthening core area, promoting the resetlement project, industrial structure optimization, improving public service facilities, building urban and rural transportation network and protecting the environment.
