居住区复合功能空间景观设计研究--以北京百旺府永丰嘉园景观改造为例

每个场所中的空间都有其特定的功能要求，这个现象反映了在某一特定地段中人们的生活方式及其自身的环境特征。空间功能模式有时会呈现出多重性、复合性，而作为生根于特定空间之中的景观如何满足这种复杂的空间功能要求是值得设计师需要深入思考的问题。本文以北京市百旺府永丰嘉园改造为例，通过项目实践分析阐述空间功能定位的方法及其相应的景观设计应对策略。避免因为对空间功能定位的不准确而导致景观设计脱离使用者的实际需求是本文的追求目标和现实意义。

Study On Composite Space Landscape Design Of Residential District-- The Retrofit Of Piovan Fu Yongfeng Jiayuan In Beijing As An Example

The phenomenon that space in each place has its own specific requirements reflects the lifestyle of people in a particular area and their own environmental characteristics.Space function mode sometimes showing mutiple,complex,and as the landscape whitch rooted in a part of special space,how to meet the complex requirements of spatial function is worth the question which the designer needs to ponder deeply.Take the retrofit of Piovan Fu Yongfeng Jiayuan in Beijing as an example,through the project practice,the paper analyses and expounds the method of space function positioning and the corresponding strategies of landscape design.To avoid the situation that the inaccurate positioning of the space function results in the landscape design devorced from the actual needs of users is the goal and practical signficance of this article.
