| 摘 要： | 文章针对老龄化背景下，现阶段及未来国内老龄化社会将会具有的特征和可能面临的问题进行研究，对我国城市空间的适老性现状进行调研，分析并总结存在的不足，从老年人心理、生理、行为特征上分析老年人在商业空间中的需求，并依据对老年人需求的调研结果，对目前商业空间中日常设施进行适老性调研分析商业空间中适老性的不足。

| Abstract: | This article in view of the aging background, the present and the future home wil have the characteristics of an ageing society and could face problems are studied, the optimum described current situation of research of urban space in our country, analyzes and summarizes the deficiencies, from the elderly on the psychological, physiological and behavioral characteristics analysis of the elderly in the commercial space requirements, and on the basis of the research results of demand for the elderly, suitable to facilities for commercial space in the daily described the shortcoming of the commercial space of comfortable alzheimer research. |
