新时期下文化旅游型村庄规划编制思路探索——以甘南州临潭县红堡子社为例

新时期下对拥有独特文化旅游资源的村庄,在规划编制的思路上应该从"因地制宜""以人为本""安居乐业""维续文化""环境宜人""设施齐备"等六方面进行统筹性分析思考。以村庄产业规划和村庄建设规划作为两大抓手,以旅游业结合农业形成产业联动作为村庄产业规划的落脚点,以村庄的基础设施建设、空间功能结构、文化资源保护、景观风貌保护等内容作为村庄建设规划的核心,全方位地对文化旅游型村庄进行规划和建设。

The Methodolgy Of Cultural-tourism Village Planning During A New Period--With Case Of Hongbuzi Village,In Lintan County Of Gannan

In a new period, as a vilage with unique cultural tourism resources, there are six factors (local situations, people oriented, residence and employment, maintain traditional culture, pleasant environment, the improvement of Infrastructure) need to be thought in the vilage planning. It is important to make vilage’s industry and construction as two key points. With the combination of tourism and agriculture to form industrial linkage as the core of the industrial planning of the vilage. With the infrastructure construction, spatial function and structure, cultural resources protection, landscape protection as the core of the vilage construction planning. Using al these to make a good planning of vilage.
