空间句法在城市老镇区更新改造中的应用--以无锡市堰桥街老镇区空间更新改造规划为例

当前城市规划的重点与方向出现转变，由之前的以用地扩张为主的增量规划，转变到现在的以老城更新改造为主的存量规划。老城更新改造的内容一般包括建筑风貌更新改造，传统特色空间更新改造，街道与其他市政设施的整治与升级等方面。基于这一背景，选取无锡市惠山区堰桥街道（原堰桥镇）老镇区作为实证案例，运用空间句法的相关理论，主要是基于轴线的空间构形分析和基于视区的空间构形分析，对堰桥老镇区的街道、入口、绿地、广场、老厂房区、传统居住街坊等空间进行定量分析，为城市老镇区空间更新改造规划提供可供借鉴的方法与经验。

Application Of Space Syntax In The City's Old Town Renovation-- Take Wuxi Yanqiao Street Old Town Spatial Planning Renovation For Example

Focus and direction of the curent urban planning is shifting from expansion of the past land-based incremental planning to renovation of the curent Old City-based stock planning. Contents of Old City renovation generaly include architectural style renovation, traditional specialties space renovation, streets and other municipal facilities renovation ,etc. Based on this background, selecting Wuxi Huishan Yanqiao Street (formerly Yanqiao Town) Old Town as a case studied, the use of space syntax theory is the analysis of spatial configuration mainly based on the axis and viewport, performing quantitative analysis of streets, entrances, greenbelt, squares, old factory district, traditional neighborhood residential space ,etc in Yanqiao Old Town, providing referable methods and experiences to the city's old town renovation planning.
