试论奇观建筑

文章从当下奇观建筑频出的现象入手，首先归纳了有关CCTV总部大楼争议的主要观点，其次借鉴“奇观社会”的理论视角揭示诸如央视大楼般奇奇怪怪建筑被约束的本质原因，随后通过区分不同类型的“奇观建筑”，以期尽可能地客观认识“奇观建筑”对都市发展的双面价值。

Discussion On Spectacle Building

This paper starts from the emergence of the spectacle buildings, firstly, summarizes the main dispute points of the view on the CCTV headquarters, secondly, by the reference of "spectacle society", this paper reveals the essential reason why CCTV building construction is prohibited, then by distinguish different types of "spectacle buildings", this paper try to recognize the value of the spectacle building.
