旧工业建筑改造中的商业空间设计研究

商业空间作为旧工业建筑改造中的一个重要组成部分，同时根据商业新的发展趋势，可以将旧工业建筑改造成人文化、多元化和休闲化的体验型商业空间。本文在“功能置换”原则下研究旧工业建筑改造成商业空间的可行性、矛盾性与改造原则及其产生的意义，归纳总结理论并指导实践，实现旧工业建筑的可持续发展利用。

Analysis On Commercial Space Transformation Of Old Industrial Buildings

Commercial space is an important part of the transformation of old industrial buildings, at the same time, according to the new trend of domestic business, we can transform the old industrial buildings into the experiential business space of humanistic, diversification and leisure. This paper analyzes the feasibility, contradiction and the significance of the transformation of old industrial buildings into commercial space under the principle of functional replacement, and concludes the theory which guides the practice of reform, realizing the sustainable utilization of old industrial buildings.
