| 摘 要： | 伴随着城市发展，工业遗产保护逐渐成为历史文化保护的重要分支。然而由于工业遗产本身的特殊性以及固有的思维判断，目前工业遗产保护呈现出单一模式的特点。本文基于对1865晨光文化创意产业园的分析，从制度机制和价值机制两个方面对工业遗产的保护的现状进行研究并给出建议，以期对以后此类建筑的保护和发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Along with the urban development,Industrial heritage protection has gradualy become the important branch of historical and cultural protection. However, due to the special features of the industrial heritage and the inherent thinking judgment,The current industrial heritage protection presents the characteristics of single mode. In this paper, based on the analysis of 1865 light cultural creative industrial park,From two aspects of system and the value of mechanism study of the status quo of industrial heritage protection and give advice,In order to provide references for the protection and development of this kind of architecture in the future. |
