| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了BIM技术在中国航信高科技产业园区项目中各阶段的应用。从前期使用Revit搭建建筑信息模型，到中期各专业协同设计并应用naviswork进行管线综合，再到后期工程量计算及施工配合，笔者剖析了BIM在大型项目及复杂数据机房应用中的模型组织方法及BIM标准建立的重要性，借此总结了实践中的经验和体会。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the application of BIM technology in Travelsky of high tech Industry Park project.From the early use of Revit to build the building information model, to the medium of each professional Cooperative design and application of naviswork to carry out a comprehensive pipeline, and then to the late engineering quantity calculation and construction coordination ,The author analyzes the application of BIM in large projects and complex data room in the application of the model organization methods and the importance of the establishment of BIM standards, to sum up the experience and experience in practice. |
