麻花钻螺旋面刃磨的研究

摘    要:在分析螺旋面刃磨法的基础上,提出了运用螺距合成的原理,取代传统螺旋面刃磨法中的凸轮机构,通过设置步进电机的不同转速,可以对麻花钻后刀面进行螺旋刃磨和变导程螺旋刃磨。给出了相关的理论依据,实验证明此方法比传统螺旋面刃磨法更具实用价值。

Abstract:In the analysis,helical sharpening method is proposed based on the principle of applying synthetic pitch,to replace the traditional helical sharpening method of cam mechanism.By setting different speed stepper motor,carrying out twist drill variable lead screw grinding and grinding spiral.The paper gives the theoretical basis related to the experiment proved that this method than the traditional helical sharpening method to promote more practical value.
