多媒体网络教学系统的设计与实现

网络教学系统是一种新的教学系统,它的出现改变了传统教学方式,能提高教学效率和学生参加教学活动的积极性。该系统结合教学系统的客户机/服务器以及浏览器/服务器这两种模式各自的优点提出了两者相结合的教学系统结构模式,并介绍了多媒体数据库的设计。在此基础上给出了一种全新的基于多媒体数据库技术实现网络教学系统的设计方法和实现结果。系统利用Visual Basic6.0和InformixWeb DataBlade作为主要开发工具进行设计开发。在系统的设计过程中,充分考虑了多媒体数据库的特点,使用了大量的图形、图像和动画,人机交互界面友好,操作简单,功能先进。

Design and Implementation of Network-Learning System Based on Multimedia

Network-teaching and learning system is a new type of teaching and learning system.It has changed the methods of traditional teaching and learning.It can improve the teaching efficiency and student's enthusiasm.At present, the two models, that is, client/ server and browser/ server, are widely used in the teaching and learning system.After analyzed both the merits and the shortcomings of the two models, respectively, a Hybrid model was proposed in this article.In addition, the design of multimedia database and the technical realization of the model combined C/S with B/S was introduced and discussed.Based on the analysis, a new method is brought out for designing and implementing network-teaching and learning system using multimedia database technology.Visual Basic6.0 and Informix Web DataBlade are taken as main tools for designing and developing the presented system.During the process of system designing, more attention is pay on considering the characters and demands of the multimedia DataBase, and plenty of drawings, images and animations are used to achieved the friendly human-computer mutual interface and simple manipulative mode.The system also has enhanced searching and interactive functions and achieved very good expansibility to meet the requirement of different teachers and students.Also the system is easy to spread by internet.
