摘    要:GPRS是一种基于GSM系统的无线分组交换技术,提供端到端的、广域的无线IP连接,具有高速、永久在线等特点.本文以数据采集与监视控制系统(SCADA)为对象,阐述了利用GPRS通信网络实现自动数据采集与RTU实时监控数据传输的可行性,以及在此基础上针对电力系统实际应用环境的安全功能.提出一套基于GPRS无线监控系统的设计范例,分析了GPRS技术在电力系统中应用的优势和缺点,并对其应用前景进行了展望.

Abstract:GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)is a wireless packet switching technique based on GSM system.It provides point to point wireless link using IP protocol in wide area and possesses the advantages of high rate,always on-line etc.Taking the power SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system as the object,the paper elaborates the feasibility of automatic date collection and RTU real-time monitoring data transmission by the GPRS correspondence network as well as the security function of electrical power system in the practical application environment.Finally,a practical GPRS model based on wireless monitor system is proposed and we analyses its advantages and shortcomings in the power system,and presents its application prospect.
