摘    要:甘肃某难浸金矿为微细浸染状、卡淋型,直接氰化浸金,金浸出率很低。用中温菌对金矿石先预氧化,然后以常规氰化法浸出,当矿浆浓度15%、预氧化7d后,金浸出率达85.69%。

Abstract:A gold ore in Gansu province is a kind of Carlin type particulate disseminated refractory gold ore. The leaching rate of gold is very low when gold is leached directly by cyanide, but it reaches to 85. 69% after pre-oxidation of 7 days with moderate bacterium in 15% pulp density.
