| 摘 要： | 可编程控制器广泛应用领域中对多种物质混合的控制。以两种液体混合装置的控制为例，分析了控制原理和控制过程以及调试方法，从而总结了可编程控制器灵活性和通用性强，编程语言简单易学，PLC与外部设备的连接简单、使用方便，PLC控制系统的设计、调试周期短，PLC体积小、重量轻、价格低、易于实现机电一体化，抗干扰能力强、可靠性高，PLC的功能强、功能的扩展能力强等特点。
